APSWREIS Transfers Counselling Policy - 2012-13

In line with the policy of the government of Andhra Pradesh, the APSWEREI Society in a novel initiative has introduced web counselling for the transfers of teachers and principals of the society. The Initiative ushers in a new era of reforms in the society that aims at transparency and accountability. Under the scheme, all Principals and Teachers expecting a transfer will have to apply on line on he website and indicate their preferences. In line with the transfer policy of the society, Principals and Teachers will be automatically shown the places where they can automatically make a selection of their choice. Employees can now exercise the choice by their own free will. Appoint orders will be issued immediately upon selection of the choice of place. The system provides all transactions on the website on a real-time basis and casts a responsibility on all to adhere to time liness, which are regulated automatically by the system. We are confident that the web counseling will usher in a sea change in the working of the society.
